Joshua Navarro, an aspiring dancer from Marikina City, shows what it’s like to be passionate for something you love. Back in 2016, his school requirements involved dancing and it turned out to be a hobby for him. He immediately fell in love with the art and according to him, it was the best decision he made in his life. Right after his first performance for their school project, he told himself that this is the path for him. Dancing opened a lot of opportunities for Joshua. In spite of such circumstances, the Philippines was the first southeast asian country to compete at the Olympics in 1924, and the first to successfully win a medal four years after.
